Objective
Identify, research, and understand the works of art created throughout history.
Instructions:
Research an artist and create a 11×17 collage of their work or Create a digital poster on Canva. Either must include the four to five images that best capture the style of the artist’s work, and the information below:
- Full name of the artist
- Dates of birth and death
- Where they were born and lived
- What materials were used
- Text that demonstrates how the images are connected in theme/meaning/symbolism.
- Explain how the artist uses ________________ in their work
When and why?
- Challenges can be completed in class if you finish work early or as grade recovery for homework.
